ARRIVAL & PROPERTY ACCESS

This is a true private mountain retreat. The access road and driveway are gravel.

The property entrance is through a shared gate with the neighboring property marked **“Mountain Aire.”**

Once through the gate:

1. Continue straight up the driveway.
2. At the Y, stay to the right.
3. Follow the Mountain Aire sign.
4. The driveway to the right leads directly to your private retreat.
