A newer vacation home, the Lake House on Hayden combines the elegance of the city, a gourmet kitchen, stainless appliances, washer/dryer, flat screen TVs with Satellite service, DVD and CD players, and a built-in speaker system throughout the house, granite, slate, and hardwood floors with all the comforts of a Lakeside Cabin, a private dock, view decks, fire pit, a gas grill, and a kid's 'triple-decker' bunk bed room. Add to that central heating and air conditioning, an ample supply of linens and towels, peace and serenity, and views, views, views!

The living room’s focal point is the cathedral wood ceiling, sweeping views of the lake, and a beautiful stone fireplace...which you can turn on with the flick of a switch. Add to that a flat screen TV, DVD player, leather recliners and French doors that take you out to the upper deck, the gas grill, a breakfast table, and views, views, views!

The upstairs Master suite includes plush wall to wall carpeting, a cathedral wood ceiling, and King-size bed. You’ll wake up to gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. The attached Master bathroom boasts a HUGE walk-in slate shower with multiple shower heads and built-in bench. Heated floors and a built-in speaker system make you feel like you’re at a luxury hotel.

Downstairs you’ll find another Master suite with Queen bed, attached full bath with shower and tub, and the Lake House’s famous 'Kid’s Bunk Room' with a triple-decker bunk bed, and a twin over full bunk bed perfect for large families! Add to the downstairs a media room with TV, DVD and plenty of space for games, and your kids will be in heaven! Also downstairs are full laundry facilities and an office (although you certainly won’t want to work on this vacation!)

Outside you have over 50 feet of secluded private waterfront, a huge boat dock, and two decks that over look it all. Just minutes from a public boat launch, you can bring your boat for all the fun of water sports or fishing, or rent one from the local marina (Tobler's). You’ll fall in love with the great outdoors at this house...with its views from the upper and lower deck, stairs to the private dock, a fire pit, gas grill, and beautiful sunrises! At night, make sure you take in the amazing display of stars in the night sky! During the day, south-eastern exposure means you’ll get plenty of sunshine...while still being close enough to whip up a cool drink in the kitchen.
