Discover this 2-bedroom gem in the heart of Lexington. A short distance to Mid Ohio Raceway, The Blueberry Patch and 1285 Winery, Apple Hill Orchard, Snow Trails Ski Resort, Malabar Farm, The Ohio State Reformatory and Mohican State Park.
The original safety deposit vault is now your kitchenette and includes a microwave, refrigerator, blender, an electric cook top and a coffee maker, along with coffee pods, creamer and sugar.
Just off the kitchenette is a dining area with seating for 6. Attached to this space is your vaulted ceiling great room with a gas fire place and a flat screen TV. A spiral stair case leads you to a semi-private sleeping area with two twin beds and a work station.
Parking is provided for three cars.
There is also an option to add an additional adjoining queen bedroom and oversized bathroom by booking through our other property listing, The Banker’s Quarters (property # 5311779 ) which will comfortably sleep 7 total guests between the two properties.
There is also ample seating area on the patio which includes 2 gas fire pits.
