Super Lage sehr zentral und kurzer Weg zum Strand

Die Vermietung ist freundlich, Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, nicht mehr die beste Einrichtung. Bad ist sehr gut. Matratzen auch in Ordnung. Parkplatz vor der Tür, auch ein Fahrradabstellplatz. Geschirr und Küchenausstattung sehr übersichtlich. Aber ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Schöne Wohnung mit großem Wohn-/Essbereich, leider war sie schlecht geputzt

Wir waren eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern. Das kleine Schlafzimmer war für unsere Bedürfnisse (Kinder konnten nicht aus dem Bett fallen) genau richtig. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man für eine Woche Urlaub benötigt. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir uns jedoch eine größere Anzahl an Küchenutensilien (Tassen, Teller, Besteck, Gläser) gewünscht. Für 2 Personen reicht es völlig aus. Die Wohnung ist hellhörig. Im Schlafzimmer war immer wieder die Heizungsanlage zu hören und es war richtig laut, wenn die anderen Mieter, die Treppe nach oben genommen haben. Leider war die Wohnung sehr oberflächlich geputzt. Auf den Fensterbänken konnte nichts abgelegt werden, in der Küche waren auf der Arbeitsplatte und im Kühlschrank die Essensreste der Vormieter, das Geschirr war teilweise dreckig in den Schränken so dass, wir erst einmal abgewaschen haben. Nach kürzester Zeit hatten wir schwarze Füße, was mit kleinen Kindern (eines krabbelnd) sehr unangenehm war.
