Enjoyable 4 day stay

The view was great and the facility was clean and neat. My wife and I are 75 years old so the steep location was somewhat challenging. Also the bedroom was on the 3rd floor and the bathroom was on the 2nd floor which at 1st was inconvenient but we got used to it. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay and toured much of Mallorca by car.

Stunning views, local charm

Genova as a village was so serene and peaceful. The views from this finca are truly breathtaking and we got to palma and the beaches easily with taxis and Ubers but also ate at two of the local restaurants which had amazing food and great value for money. Hosts were highly communicative and helpful during our stay and they provided everything we needed like robes, towels and a good hairdryer. We will definitely be back! One flag is that this property is on a hill with many stairs, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

Quirky and Quiet

We stayed in Axel's place for a week and found it convenient for Palma and the local areas. The house was well stocked with bed linen,electrical goods and supplying beach towels was a nice touch.Parking was on the quiet street outside so again convenient. We had a few issues - see below:- Although the check-in was easy enough with keys etc it would have been better if Antonella had met with us face to face to help explain a few things. The hot water in the smaller bathroom took an age to come through so we just used the larger one and the righthand roller blind in the top bedroom wouldnt stay down. Apart from the above we enjoyed our stay.

Dear Simon, It's a pitty that you felt so uncomfortable in our house. Regarding your criticism: the water pressure in Mallorca, especially in the Palma region, is unfortunately not constant. As a result, the boiler does not constantly produce hot water. I can't explain the different supply of hot water to the two bathrooms. I will check that. Luckily there are 2 bathrooms, right? I will replace the defective roller blind next week. I would also like to add that we live in the casa ourselves and we are not a hotel but rent privately. May you find better accommodation next time.

What a gorgeous place! We came for a few nights with our kids (aged 2 and 5). The view is absolutely incredible, the apartment is really thoughtfully decorated and very homely. Our kids loved the “mountain” rock in the bathroom for climbing! Great location too, as long as you have a car there are fabulous beaches and villages to explore all within a 10-15 minute drive and Palma is very close too. Genova itself is very pretty! Marieta greeted us when we arrived and was very responsive when we sent questions throughout our stay. A couple of tips - the apartment is built into the hillside on a pretty steep hill with lots of steps, it was fine for us but might be tricky for anyone with mobility issues. We had to keep a close eye on our 2 year old with all the steps so any families with younger kids might not find this as suitable. Also to note - the apartment has fans but no air conditioning so it was pretty warm during our visit in early August! But not a huge issue if you get the fans going. Highly recommend this place, thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wie waren 2 Wochen in dem schönen Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben und das hervorragend ausgestattet ist. Der Blick auf die Bucht von Palma ist grandios. Der kleine Ort Genova hat viel Charme. Die Nähe zu Palma ist großartig. Man kann viel unternehmen oder einen der vielen Badebuchten in der Nähe anfahren. Die Kommunikation mit Axel, Armando und Marieta war auch klasse. Ich bin sicher, dass sie bei Problemen, die es zum Glück nicht gab, sofort ansprechbar gewesen wären.

Großartiger Meerblick & mehr

Wir haben zu dritt (gemeinsam mit unserem Teenie-Sohn) einige Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Wir haben die Insel schon sehr oft bereist und waren in den Tagen zuvor an der Küste. Doch diese Casa war der Höhepunkt unseres Aufenthaltes. Die Ausblicke von verschiedenen Terrassen und Etagen, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung im Detail, der excellente Kontakt zu Antonella sowie die Ruhe in diesem sehr schön gelegenen Dorf haben uns begeistert. Wer Strand möchte, kommt sehr schnell dort hin - gefehlt hat er keineswegs. Unser Sohn war hellauf begeistert und liebte sein Schlafzimmer mit angrenzendem Bad. Für meinem Mann und mich aber war das Schlafzimmer im oberen Bereich und die traumhafte Dachterrasse das Highlight. Man kann sich einfach nicht satt sehen. Alles ist wunderbar ausgestattet. In der Küche konnte man sehr gut kochen. Die Nähe zu Palma und die guten öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Das Haus ist ein wunderbares Juwel und wir werden es sicherlich auch zu anderen Jahreszeiten nochmals besuchen. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft sagen Joaquim, Orlando und Dagmar

Hervorragender Ausblick

Wir sind mit unseren beiden Kindern gereist und hatten ein super Aufenthalt. Antonella war mega freundlich und zuvorkommend, Sport hat man defintiv auch gemacht und die Lage des Hauses war mit dem Auto auch super!

Wunderbares Haus in Genova

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, feinen Haus in Génova sehr genossen - alles in bestem Zustand, ein großartiger Blick über die Bucht von Palma jeden Morgen zu genießen, das war schon 'premium'!! Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was benötigt wird. Ein bisschen 'nervig' war der Lärm, der von der Baustelle oberhalb des Hauses kam. Aber, das ist wohl derzeit ein Problem auf (fast) ganz Mallorca...

Gute Lage für Ausflüge und fantastischer Fernblick

Alles ist sehr gut, man kommt sehr gut überall hin, fantastische Terrasse mit Fernblick! Mit Auto erreicht man schnell alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, ohne Stundenlange Anfahrten. Einkauf im Agromart war ein Genuss, alle. Produkte spanischer Herkunft und überwiegend sogar Mallorquinischer, sehr viele Produkte in Bio Qualität und für uns als Veganer sogar ausreichendes Angebot von Alternativen.

Ja, Agromart ist auch unser favorisierter Supermarkt. Sogar am Sonntag Vormittag bis 14 Uhr kann man sich dort noch für ein leckeres Abendessen mit frischem Gemüse, Obst und Backwaren eindecken. Guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Unternehmungen

Das Haus entspricht vollkommen der Beschreibung. Sehr gute Lage in Genova. Man erreicht von dort bequem die südliche Serra Tramuntana. Und nach Palma kommt man auch sehr schnell.

Tolles Casa

Das Casa ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man so braucht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Leider hatten wir über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt Baulärm, der uns sehr beeinträchtigt hatte den herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer zu genießen. Sehr netter Vermieter und die liebe Antonella, die uns vor Ort betreut hat, war super hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

Très bon séjour

Très belle villa sur les hauts de Palma. Vue exceptionnelle. Equipement très complet. Villa proche de tout mais en voiture. La climatisation serait un vrai plus car il faisait très chaud. Antonella qui nous assistait a été très réactive. On peut se garer facilement dans la rue mais attention, rue très pentue. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour

Grandioser Urlaub

War alles so wie angekündigt. Sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort durch Antonella. Ein Problem, das an der Wohnung auftrat ( Warmwasser), wurde gleich von Antonella für uns gelöst.
