Apartment just outside Kaprun

We had a great stay in the apartment, 5-10 minutes outside Kaprun, the apartment was great with two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and three WC,There is as well a supermarket in the village and restaurant.

Alles sauber und vorhanden, was uns 4 Erwachsenen einen tollen Aufenthalt ermöglichte. Küche bzw Esstisch wäre aber für 6 oder gar 8 Personen beengt. Haus liegt direkt am Radweg. Kurze Wege zu Bäcker, Supermarkt, Badesee, Restaurant und Bahnhof, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Anmeldung bzw Registrierung ist ausschließlich mit Smartphone möglich und Gästekarte wird dann darauf gepeichert. Das Parken vor der Garage, in der Fahrräder oder Ski abgestellt werden können, sollte nur zum Laden erlaubt sein. Leider parken egoistische Mieter (im Haus sind 3 Fewo) den ganzen Aufenthalt dort, was den anderen den Zugang zu den Fahrrädern oder zum Laden erschwert. Öffentliche kostenfreie Parkplätze sind genügend in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.

Panorama Wohnung

Sehr schöner Ort, ebenfalls sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Gut ausgestattet, ruhig, mit 2 kleinen Supermärkten im Ort. Bäckerei ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Perfekte Lage, da viele Freizeitaktivitäten in der Nähe, wie z. B. der schöne Großglockner :)Wir waren im Juni dort, tagsüber waren knapp 30 Grad. Nachts weht ein herrlich frischer Wind, der auch die Wohnung abkühlt. Gerne wieder!

Ausgezeichneter, einfacher Ort zum Übernachten während eines Wintersporturlaubs

Alle grundlegenden Einrichtungen sind vorhanden. Ruhige Lage in der Nähe nützlicher Annehmlichkeiten (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Pizzeria). Leider war die Dachterrasse bei unserem Besuch nicht zugänglich.

Super ausgestattetes und sauberes Appartement. Die Lage ist topp. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Badesee alles um die Ecke. Man kann auch mit Bus und Bahn vieles erkunden. Wir hatten tolle Skitage in Zell am See und Kaprun. Nur die Terrasse war abgebaut. Da hätten wir uns im Vorfeld eine Information gewünscht. Wir konnten somit nachmittags nicht in der Sonne sitzen.

Bedauerlicherweise hatten wir einen Wasserschaden am Terrassendach. Diese wird momentan erneuert und steht im Frühjahr wieder zur Verfügung. Wir sind nicht davon ausgegangen, dass diese im Winter genutzt wird.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr groß, sauber und war gut ausgestattet. Auch unser Vierbeiner hat sich wohl gefühlt. In der Garage standen unsere Räder sowie unser Hundeanhänger sicher und trocken. Man fand direkt gegenüber immer einen sehr nahen Parkplatz. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief reibungslos, schnell und korrekt. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Schöne Tage verbracht

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit der Familie. Die Wohnung ist sauber, die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Bei 6 Personen kann es ein bischen eng in der Küche werden. Ein Pluspunkt sind die 3 Badezimmer und die große Terasse.

Hammer Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung

Eine sehr geräumige , Super ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Es gibt 3 Badezimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer, Balkon, Küche, Wohnzimmer, insgesamt 3 Flachbildfernseher. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter , alles lief total reibungslos. Danke dafür. Viele Unternehmungen sind von Niedernsill aus möglich. Wir können dieses Objekt insgesamt nur sehr empfehlen.
