Located in the well-known recreational and yacht marina “Marina Wendtorf,” the Scandinavian-style semi-detached home “Ferienhaus Kleine Wolke” offers a unique opportunity to spend a Baltic Sea holiday on the Kiel Fjord. Accommodating up to 4 guests, the 68 m² holiday home spans two floors and features two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace, and—as a highlight—a Finnish sauna.

Utilities for Wi-Fi, gas, water, and electricity, as well as a parking space, are included!

The ground floor features two bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90x200 cm each). One of the bedrooms has a TV, and both have blackout curtains. Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with comfortable underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and a Finnish sauna.

On the ground floor, you’ll find an open, light-filled living and dining area with an adjacent, fully equipped kitchen. The cosy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace, and access to the balcony. The air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times.

The outdoor area also features a charcoal grill and a fully furnished sun terrace. The property also features a free parking space and a lockable bike shed. Whether it’s balmy summer evenings, stormy fall afternoons, or cool winter days, this semi-detached home impresses with its amenities and natural surroundings in every season. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the sea. Your dog is welcome.

Fiber-optic Wi-Fi with a download speed of 300 Mbit/s is available throughout the house.

The promenade right by the harbour invites you to linger with its wide variety of attractions.
The restaurant “Ahoi – Steffen Henssler” caters to your culinary needs, while the adjacent ice cream parlour offers delicious treats.
You’ll also find various small shops along the promenade, as well as numerous playgrounds for our younger guests.
A handy addition to your stay is the self-service mini-laundromat, where you can wash and dry your own laundry daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Nette Unterkunft in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Marina Wendtorf, mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Restaurants und ein Bäcker liegen auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Strände sind in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder etwas entferntere auch gut mit Fahrrad oder Auto zu erreichen! Bei schönem Wetter sitzt man bei den Häusern in 2.Reihe durch die enge Bebauung sowohl auf der Terasse als auch auf dem Balkon etwas auf dem Präsentierteller. Grundsätzlich aber eine sehr schöne Gegend für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in der Anlange und fühlen uns dort wohl. Es gab ein paar kleinere Mängel an den Möbeln aber sonst war alles in Ordnung. Wir hatten unsere Ruhe und konnten gut abschalten.

Parkplatz war super, direkt vor der Unterkunft. Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Staub und Spinnweben. Zimmer waren okay und Sauna war auch okay. Badezimmer sehr klein. Alles war da, was man braucht. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super.

Beim genaueren hinsehen, nicht so schön

Wir waren mit 4 Frauen übers Wochenende da. Der Tisch draußen total dreckig und die Stühle voller Spinnweben und fingen an unten kaputt zu gehen. Der Balkon oben voller Möwen-Kacke und Spinnweben. Die Messer waren alle stumpf und oben im Wohnzimmer funktionierten die Lampen nicht alle. Unten im Badezimmer genauso. Hier funktionierte 1/3 Lichtern nicht, die Lüftung war verstopft/bzw. hat sie nicht gelüftet und von dem Bett hat sich die Beschichtung gelöst (Brett oben beim Licht).

Ein wirklich sehr schönes kleines Häuschen in einer ruhigen Ferienanlage mit Meerblick. Die Küche ..

Ein wirklich sehr schönes kleines Häuschen in einer ruhigen Ferienanlage mit Meerblick. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und für ein paar entspannte Tage mit wenigen Kochaktionen völlig ausreichend. Auch die Locations an der Promenade (Ahoi Steffen Henssler und Jannys) helfen dabei nicht jeden Tag aktiv kochen zu müssen. Die integrierte Sauna ist ein tolles Highlight und perfekt für kalte regnerische Tage. Eine Generalüberholung mit frischem Anstrich würde dem Haus allerdings gut tun und der Reinigungsservice könnte etwas gründlicher sein, damit man sich auch direkt mit Beginn des Urlaubs wohlfühlen kann. Die Marina Wendtorf hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und mit tollem Wetter am Herbstanfang gepunktet. Die Wanderrouten rund um die Küste und die Salzwiesen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Auch unser Hund hat auch sehr über die nahen Hundestrände gefreut.
