Featuring 5 rooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a guest bathroom, you’ll have plenty of space for shared moments and private time.

Inside, you’ll find a modern home that leaves nothing to be desired: an open kitchen with an oven, glass-ceramic stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and all the essential kitchen utensils is perfect for cooking together in the evenings. A kettle, toaster, blender, and coffee maker add even more convenience. The living area, featuring a sofa nook and digital TV, is perfect for relaxing, while Wi-Fi ensures you stay connected even while on holiday. Central heating, underfloor heating, and a cosy wood-burning stove keep you warm on cooler days. And if you’re looking for true luxury, your private sauna awaits you.

Outside, you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air on the terrace and balcony, on sun loungers, or with a good book in hand. Garden furniture invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors, while children can play undisturbed in the enclosed area. A high chair and a cot are available for young guests; pets are welcome, and you’ll find convenient parking for your car in the private car park.

Public transport, the city centre, and the train station are also within easy reach. Active holidaymakers will find everything they need in the area: swimming, biking, hiking, jogging, Nordic walking, or water sports like sailing, surfing, and windsurfing. The beach, playgrounds, and beach volleyball offer plenty of variety, while peace and nature are right on your doorstep.

If you’re looking for a modern, comfortable retreat that combines proximity to the sea, moments of relaxation in the sauna and by the fireplace, and a spacious outdoor area, then the “Pearl of Büsum Bay” is exactly the place for you to spend unforgettable days on the North Sea.

Top Weiterempfehlung!
