This is a charming, safe neighborhood in a gated community. There is a lending library, coffee shop, indoor and outdoor pools, play areas, fishing ponds (catch and release), plus private parking for easy access to a beautiful, sandy beach.

What makes this property unique

The covered porch faces a beautiful waterway for a relaxing experience. Bedroom areas are on one side of the house, living areas on the other.
