Scotty and I recently became contractors - so this house was our showcase remodel. We purchased it in 2022 for my mother to move here from Santa Fe. She's too busy traveling the world with her new beau to be bothered by moving details. Can't say I blame her! This home is exactly the same floorplan and builder as the house Scotty and I live in just down the street. So, we're only minutes away if you need anything (we love cooking ourselves and have lots of kitchen gadgets). We love dogs and have a portable dog door that fits into the slider so your furry friends can use the restroom in the natural areas of the courtyard. And if anything breaks, Scotty is on the scene. We are all too familiar with the quirks of these 50 year old homes.

Why they chose this property

This particular neighborhood is highly sought after for second homes. There are only 70 townhomes built on 70 acres of pristine desert. The recent window and door replacement, flooring renovation, porch addition, and skylights has made the home incredibly quiet, bright, carpet-free, and energy efficient. We have fantastic neighbors and an enviously large pool and spacious pool area.

What makes this property unique

The pool is steps from the back of the home, down a little nature trail. The wildlife there is incredible and you can watch animals from your own bedroom. We have javelina, coyotes, bobcats, bats, birds, snakes, quail, hawks, bunnies, and lots of wonderful neighborhood dogs. You'll remember all the dogs names and none of the owners by the time you leave.
