Nestled in a lovingly designed Mediterranean garden, here you can enjoy complete privacy and relaxation.


A 40 m² swimming pool is exclusively for your use – available only to the guests of this apartment.

The large sun terrace with sun loungers invites you to relax, while the eco-friendly, chlorine-free pool water offers a natural swimming experience.

The pool is also equipped with a Jacuzzi hydromassage.

The heatable pool makes the property the perfect place for swimming, relaxation, and enjoyment, even in spring and autumn – around April, May, or October – even outside the main season.

A 36 m² terrace with sea view extends the living space outdoors.

Access is either via the staircase to the large sea-view terrace or through a separate rear entrance with a small balcony.

A supermarket with everything for daily needs is about a 10-minute walk away. Larger supermarkets are easily and quickly reachable by car, ideal for bigger shopping trips.

Cafés and restaurants are also within walking distance.
The main season is July and August. June and September are especially pleasant and popular: stable, sunny weather, warm sea – ideal conditions for swimming and relaxing.
