The 146 m² representative first floor of the Kommandeur Haus has a beautifully furnished living room with an antique tiled stove and a fully equipped kitchen in a cozy country house style. The adjoining dining room with its historic ceiling paintings impresses with a direct view of the extensive garden. There is also an idyllic and cozy fireplace room and two bedrooms on the first floor. On the upper floor, which extends over an area of more than 100 square meters, a total of 3 bedrooms offer enough space for guests. The well equipped bathroom and an infrared sauna provide wellness moments. A light-flooded office for undisturbed work and a wonderful leisure room for yoga or family table tennis offer space to meet a wide range of needs. The lush garden of over 1000 square meters is sheltered from view and has a furnished terrace with sun loungers and a beach chair.
