The lake and the free beach are just a few steps away.
The 64 m² apartment accommodates up to four people and features modern, stylish furnishings with an eye for detail. The spacious bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed and a roomy closet. The combined living/dining area with an open kitchen features a high-quality leather sleeper sofa that sleeps two additional guests. The bathroom features a bathtub, a sink, a toilet, and a washing machine.
After an eventful day on Lake Constance, you can relax on the balcony with a glass of Lake Constance wine and enjoy the evening. The Seecharme holiday apartment is an oasis of well-being that ensures you’ll have a relaxing holiday.
Directions and Parking:
You can reach the apartment via the outdoor stairs: about 37 steps from Bergstraße or 85 steps from the garage. The apartment is located behind the second door on the right. A duplex parking space (upstairs, number 69) is included with the apartment. Please note the dimensions (see photos). The garage is accessible via Waldweg (house number 27a). Right next to the garage are the trash room (on the right) and a bike storage room (on the left).
Important note:
One laundry package is provided per guest, which includes a shower towel, a regular towel, bed linens, and sheets. The local tourist tax charged by the municipality is billed separately per night and per person.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub am Bodensee
Das Apartment liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Uhldingen am Berghang mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Kloster Birnau und einen kleinen Teil vom Bodensee.
Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben uns schon nach wenigen Augenblicken sehr wohl gefühlt.
