Enjoy your coffee or evening glass of wine with the sound of the surf on one of the home's three inviting decks—one off a serene second-floor bedroom, another extending from the bright open-concept main living area, and a third out back with a grill and extra seating for alfresco dining. Rinse off the sand and salt in the refreshing outdoor shower, perfect after a day at the beach.



The main floor is a welcoming hub, perfect for sharing stories from your day in the sun, whether you were biking the island paths, exploring charming car-free villages, or simply lounging on the pristine beaches Fire Island is known for. -There is a minimum age requirement to book this property. Please confirm eligibility prior to booking.

-The person booking the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.

-A check-in form and rental agreement may be required prior to arrival.



Supplies

-Starter supplies are provided for your stay, including linens, towels, toiletries, paper products, soap, detergent, and basic kitchen essentials. Additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of your stay and are the responsibility of guests to purchase once the provided stock runs out.



General Rules

-Please respect quiet hours and be considerate of neighbors at all times.

-No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted.

-Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless otherwise approved. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

-Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the property may result in forfeiture of deposits, additional cleaning charges, and smoking-related fees. Improper disposal of cigarette butts may also result in additional cleaning charges.

-Excessive cleaning, damages, missing items, unauthorized pets or guests, policy violations, or other issues requiring additional labor or remediation may result in additional charges depending on severity.



Check-In

-Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.

-Early check-ins may be available upon request and subject to availability.

-Upon arrival, please inspect the property and report any concerns or damages promptly. Failure to report issues upon arrival may result in guest responsibility for unreported damages.



Check-Out

-Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM.

-Approved late check-outs may be available for an additional fee.

-Unauthorized late departures that impact housekeeping or scheduling may result in additional charges, including charges equivalent to an additional night’s stay where applicable.
