Welcome to your Orlando home base — a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath pool home built for families and golf groups alike. Set on a quiet, family-friendly Kissimmee street, you're just 25–30 minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal, and SeaWorld, about 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and a short drive from championship golf at ChampionsGate, Reunion Resort, Falcon's Fire, Celebration, Mystic Dunes, and Kissimmee Bay.
Inside, an open-concept living area connects the kitchen, dining, and lounge. The kitchen features quartz countertops, island seating, stainless-steel appliances, and a coffee bar — plus a whole-home water filtration system, so every glass of water, pot of coffee, and shower is clean and fresh (a real comfort in Central Florida). The living room opens to the screened lanai and private pool, and every room has a wall-mounted smart TV with Roku, Netflix, and Disney+.
Comfortable sleeping for up to 8 includes a king primary suite, a queen bedroom, a third bedroom with two double beds, and a living-room sofa bed. Fast 158 Mbps Wi-Fi runs throughout, and you'll enjoy in-home laundry, free on-site parking, and self check-in via smartlock.
