Leave your everyday life behind and relax in our newly renovated, cosy, non-smoking holiday apartment “Aggenstein” for 2–4 people, located on the ground floor.
This holiday apartment features two spacious bedrooms with a shower and toilet, a living room with a TV, a couch, and a dining area, as well as a spacious, fully equipped kitchenette that includes a dishwasher.
Shower towels, bath towels, bed linens, tea towels, Wi-Fi, and a safe are provided in the holiday rental.
For our younger guests: Free children’s amenities (high chair, cot, sleigh with backrest...).
Parking right next to the house.
A boot dryer is available for your wet ski boots.
Popular activities in the area include skiing, hiking, and biking. You can store your sports equipment in the lockable garage. Charging stations for your e-bikes are available.
With the hiking bus, you can access the ski lifts throughout the Tannheimer Valley free of charge.
SUMMER MOUNTAIN RAILWAYS, ADMISSION TO THE HALDENSEE WATER PARK, and WINTER MOUNTAIN RAILWAYS are included!
A double room with shower and toilet is available for 2 people.
If you need two bedrooms, the price for three people will be charged.
Rosa’s Holiday Home benefits from its quiet and open location near the town centre. The cable car, bus stop, bike path, cross-country ski trail, supermarket, doctor’s office, bank, tourist office, children’s playground, and restaurant are all just a few minutes’ walk away.

We offer our guests the opportunity to spend time with family in a relaxed atmosphere. In our spacious garden, you can let off steam and enjoy time with your loved ones in the fresh air. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, our garden—with its wonderful view of the Tannheimer Mountains—invites you to relax.
In what is arguably Europe’s most beautiful high valley—the Tannheimer Valley—you can hike to your heart’s content, and many alpine huts await guests with traditional local delicacies. An outdoor pool, lakes, a high ropes course, horseback riding, and mountain bike trails are also located in the immediate vicinity. Of course, there are also hiking trails suitable for strollers.
