A beautiful, quiet 2-room apartment (approx. 50 square metres) for 2–3 people in the coach house of a historic villa in the spa district of Bad Tölz. The apartment combines historic charm with modern style. It offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding greenery and is an incomparable hideaway. Spacious parks, the famous Tölz Old Town, the Isar River, and numerous hiking trails are all within walking distance. Shopping options, regional and organic products, and a variety of restaurants and cafés are also nearby. In the surrounding area (up to 25 km), the Brauneck ski resort, the Blomberg summer toboggan run, the Karwendel Nature Park, the Jachenau, the beautiful Lake Tegernsee, many other lakes, and the cosmopolitan city of Munich all invite you to enjoy a variety of activities.
