About this property

Premium Chalet # 20 with sauna & whirlpool

The 115 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 12 people. Your holiday home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms with experience showers, indoor whirlpool and toilet (hair dryer available). You can enjoy restful sleep in the comfortable double and bunk beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped: cutlery and (cooking) utensils are provided, as well as a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine are also part of the equipment. A small ALPS RESORTS starter set with dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid (sample), sponge, bin bags, cleaning cloth and tea towel will be ready for your arrival.

Highlights of the premium holiday home #20: the private hot tub and sauna in your chalet.

WIFI is free. Washing machine available.

Great experience

Accommodation for 3 nights for 6 adults and 6 children fully met our expectations. Late arrival was not a problem, the keys were handed over contactless. Check in was done the next day at the reception in Kreischbebrg, where we were greeted by kind and helpful receptionists. A large space with the necessary equipment for 12 people. Finnish sauna in the bathroom for 2-4 people, outdoor hot tub was ready, one bathroom on the ground floor with shower and sauna, one bathroom upstairs with shower and hot tub. Three toilets, of which 2 are separate. Beautiful equipment, gas fireplace, bicycles, table tennis, trampoline, swings. Thank you very much for a nice stay. Just a small detail - the pillows are very large and full, we would have liked thinner ones, but that depends on personal preferences.

War ein sehr schöner Urlaub ein paar Details wären von Vorteil gewesen!!

Es wäre von Vorteil wenn bei der Rezeption bekannt is ob das Haus bezugsfertig ist oder nicht. Wir haben alle Infos fürs Haus bekommen uns gefreut das wir früher ins Haus kommen und dann war das Haus um 15.30 noch nicht gereinigt und wir konnten erst um 16.45 ins Haus war ein bisschen nervig mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Wenn fehler/Defekte bei Geräte bekannt sind sollten diese auch erwähnt werden und dann nicht auf einmal der ganze Strom fällt wenn man im Whirlpool sitzt

Schön war es und wir kommen gerne wieder

Das Komplettpaket war super Checken, ob alles funktioniert, bevor die nächsten Gäste anreisen. Bei uns hat am Anreisetag bis zum nächsten Nachmittag die Sauna nicht funktioniert (Techniker war da... konnte nichts machen. Ein Gast hat es dann geschafft, die Sauna an zu bekommen)

Tolle Lage für Wanderungen

Bitte den Insektenschutz herrichten. Wir haben ca.20 Wespen wieder die Freiheit geschenkt. Der Abfluss im Bad OG ist verstopft.

Super schönes Ferienhaus mit Ausblick ins Grüne

Wir waren eine 12 er Gruppe und hatten wirklich tolle Tage im Ferienhaus. Das Wohnzimmer und der Essbereich sind großzügig geschnitten. Die Sauna ist zwar etwas klein für die Anzahl an Personen aber alles in allem wirklich schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war sehr ruhig und entspannend. Sehr sauber. Jederzeit wieder Das Chalet ist für 12 Personen. Es gibt leider nur ein Bad. Das ist ein bisschen wenig. Ein zweites wäre super.

A wonderful place to stay at! :-)

We liked the whole house, the surrounding area, the jakuzzi, the sauna very much. A microvawe oven would be great in the house. We had to buy tablets for the dishwasher and the toilet paper was very few in the house. Would you be able to provide those for the guests my rating would be 100% for accomodation.
