The house was left unbelievably dirty, the dogs peed all over the house and on the curtains, the garbage hadn't been taken out all week so the house was full of maggots. Unfortunately, very messy and dirty guests without any hygienic habits.

Great stay!

Lord Villa was absolutely amazing place to spend our holiday in Croatia. House was impressive, enjoyable and purposeful. Amenities were great starting with designer bedrooms, indoor and outdoor kitchen, pool, jacuzzi, sauna as well as well equipped laundry. We had the best weather so we enjoyed the local beach as well as all that this great property had to offer.

Perfect villa!!

We absolutely love Villa Lord on Krk Island! We’ve been staying here for a week every summer for three years in a row - and we don’t even want to look for any other place. The villa is stunning: spacious, stylish and beautifully designed. It has everything you could possibly need for a perfect seaside holiday - a large private pool with plenty of sunbeds, grill, sauna and so much more… The villa itself is incredible, and the hosts/managers are just as amazing. Their hospitality makes the experience even more special. We highly recommend Villa Lord - you won’t regret it!

Savršen boravak u Villi Lord

Boravili smo u Villi Lord nekoliko dana krajem travnja i početkom svibnja i možemo reći da nam je bilo predivno. Ovaj boravak ostat će nam u stvarno lijepom sjećanju – i nama odraslima i djeci, koja su uživala od prvog do zadnjeg dana. Vila je prekrasna, jako uredna i odlično opremljena, a cijela atmosfera je bila baš ono što smo trebali za pravi odmor i opuštanje. Posebno hvala na ljubaznosti i pristupačnosti. Vlasnica agencije i kuće je bila izuzetno draga, uvijek dostupna i nasmijana, a i gospođa koja nas je ispratila na put kući bila je jako srdačna. Sve to nam je ostavilo baš poseban dojam. Već na povratku kući smo se s društvom dogovorili da se sljedeće godine ponovno vratimo i Praznik rada provedemo opet kod vas. Hvala vam od srca na svemu i vidimo se opet!

Traumurlaub

Von den Bildern her war bereits zu erwarten, dass wir uns hier eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft ausgesucht haben. ABER unsere Erwartungen wurden einfach nochmal übertroffen. Diese Villa war absolut PERFEKT für uns und lies keine Wünsche offen. Freundliche und unkomplierte Abwicklung. Ausstattung: Es hat uns NICHTS gefehlt. HIGHLIGHTS: - Aussenanlage: grosser Pool, Whirlpool, outdoor küche, feuerstelle - Ausblick aufs Meer von den beiden Zimmern im Obergeschoss - Kinderzimmer im Keller mit Blick in den Pool - ist in echt noch viel eindrucksvoller als auf den Fotos und ausserdem ein toller Fotospot für Unterwasserfotos 😉 - viel liebe zum Detail, hochwertige Ausstattung, alles sehr durchdacht. Vieles war bereits da: Salz, Pfeffer, waschmittel, geschirrspültabs, eine erstration kaffeepads (für delonghi siebträger maschine, shampoo, duschgel, conditioner, pool handtücher...) und eine eiswürfelmaschine :)

1 Woche Villa Lord

Wir waren Ende Oktober zu fünft in der Villa Lord. Haus und Garten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der beheizte Pool war mit 29 Grad noch immer angenehm und wurde einem doch einmal kalt, konnte man sich im Whirlpool bei 40 Grad oder in der Sauna aufwärmen. Alles war sehr sauber und funktionierte tadellos. Eine leere Gasflasche für die Feuerstelle wurde umgehend ersetzt. Fragen konnten mit der Agentur immer schnell geklärt werden. Wir kommen wieder!

Alles perfekt! Tolles Haus, toller Pool und alles sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und es gibt leider keine direkten Restaurants in der Nähe. Aber ansonsten alles top!

Tolles Haus, super Ausstattung, nette Gastgeber - uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten die Villa Lord (die südliche) für 6 Tage gebucht, und alles verlief reibungslos. Check in war sehr nett und ging sehr schnell. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist wirklich sehr gut und gepflegt (die Häuser wurden im Frühjahr 2023 zum ersten Mal vermietet): Im Keller ein großer Schlafraum mit 2 Etagenbetten, Doppel unten, einfach oben, Bad mit Dusche und extra WC, Sauna mit eigener Dusche, nochmal ein extra WC am Gang, und der Waschraum mit einem Kombigerät (Waschen und Trocknen) inkl.. Waschmittel, einem Staubsauger sowie Mop und Besen. Im Erdgeschoss ein Vorraum, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und BadWC sowie Terrassentür zum Pool, ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer und die Küche (Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle, Kühl/Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine für Bohnenkaffee, Eiswürfelmaschine, Geschirrspüler (inkl. Tabs), Eierkocher und ausreichend Geschirr zum Kochen und Essen. Obergeschoss: zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Bad/WC. In allen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer sind große Fernseher mit Kroatischen und Deutschen Programmen vorhanden sowie Netflix und Amazon zugänglich. Überall elektrische Raffstores, dichte Vorhänge und Insektenschutzgitter. Die Outdoorkitchen hat neben dem Griller auch eine mobile Doppelkochplatte, einen kleinen Kühlschrank und ein Waschbecken. Das Pool zum schwimmen (7 x 3,5 m) war wirklich schön warm (ca. 26 Grad), der Whirlpool, auch sehr fein, angenehm Platz für 4 Personen. Der Hausmeister war auch alle 2-3 Tage da um den Pool bzw. Whirlpool zu kontrollieren, super Service. Die Feuerstelle ist auch sehr toll, hatten natürlich Steckerl und Marshmallow’s mit. Für alle gibt es einen Bademantel, Handtuch, Duschhandtuch und Poolhandtuch. Es gibt für die zwei Häuser 5 Parkplätze am Pflaster, ums Eck auf Schotter sind noch weitere vorhanden. Der Strand ist 5 min mit dem Rad (100 Höhenmeter runter) bzw. 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Fürs Einkaufen gibt es ein kleines Geschäft im Ort, wir waren aber immer gleich beim Plodine in Krk, 15 min. entfernt.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt Mehr geht nicht

Kurz und knapp wir waren mit Freunden und Familie Vorort in der Villa Lord und haben 3 wundervolle Tage in der Villa verbracht .Wir sind angereist und haben zuerst die 250 qm besichtigt und kamen aus dem Staunen nicht mehr heraus. Die Innenausstattung ein Traum alles durchdacht und hervorragend ausgestattet unten im Keller ein mehrbettzimmer und Glaswand wo man das Innere des Pools sehen kann wir waren nur am Staunen .Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad . Außenanlagen sind ein Traum Meerblick unverbaut dazwischen auch noch grüne Natur Whirlpool und großen Pool alles beheizt Feuerstelle mit Gas,Grill mit Kochecke draußen ,Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür mit Lademöglichkeit für E Autos . Vielen Dank für diese schönen Tage Mehr geht nicht und das ist kaum zu toppen . Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder in das Haus Entspannung pur es fehlt einfach nichts Wirklich zu empfehlen !!
