This well-equipped apartment on the 3rd floor is centrally located, with a view from the balcony of the harbour district, city centre, and the inland port. You can enjoy the sun on the balcony in the late afternoon and evening.
Just a few minutes’ walk away is the beach, the city centre area—accessible via the harbour promenade—with its old-town charm and plenty of shopping options, and the maritime harbour with quiet spots and plenty of dining options to linger and enjoy.
This lovingly furnished apartment features two separate bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchenette in the living area, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
The apartment building is equipped with an lift so you can easily travel from the ground floor to Deck 3. A private parking space is available for your use in the adjacent car park.
International restaurants and a café, where you can also enjoy a relaxed breakfast, are located on the ground floor.

Included in the rental price are: a bed linens package and a towel package, electricity and water, internet access, and final cleaning, as well as your own parking space in the car park.

A cot and high chair are available upon request.

Hafenspitze Events
Several times a year, events featuring live music and a Ferris wheel take place in the area around the Hafenspitze. Pentecost: Sprat Days, June Eel Regatta, August Pirate Days. A stage is also set up below the sail. Please check the current dates before booking.
