We were asked to check in 30 min late due to cleaners not being finished even though the owners live directly next door and we witnessed the cleaner bringing supplies over. Wifi password did not work and communication to get the right one was unsuccessful. Super noisy neighbor (most hours of day and night) in the other duplex apartment which was not listed in property description. Roach in drawers, blood on quilt, hair left in bathroom, no extra towels or toilet paper, freezer off hinges. No amenities for families or pets or beach related activities. Hosts were very friendly and the location of property was nice. Overall, enjoyed the stay as we were not there much of our trip and were able to do laundry, but for the price, the property could use some work or perks.

You said you would be arriving around 4 so asked is 4:30 a good check in time ? You said no problem . The WiFi works fine , I sent you the PW and the townhouse is always connected to another unit . Sorry you did not understand that . And all amenities are listing and are in the unit . We asked if everything was ok and to contact us if it wasn’t , would have fixed and all problems that may have came up . This unit never has any complaints and ppl love it . I’m sorry your stay wasn’t as best as could be . But all you had to do was notify us
