The home was very clean, bright, and well stocked with the basics you'd rather not buy or travel with. The book collection is amazing. 10/10Absolutely no roaches, which I cannot stress how important it is to me as a person who is very allergic and how pervasive infestations are in Houston. The bath tub is like a swimming pool; very good for soaking. Location is nice. I felt safe coming and going at all hours as I was on call at a local birth center. The ditches along the drive way feel like a sobriety test (while it might elicit some 3am anxiety, it wouldn't dissuade me from staying there again).
