Our COZY NEST holiday rental is exactly what the name promises: a cosy retreat after days at the beach and island adventures. It’s in a dream location right behind the coastal forest, just about 400 metres from beach access point 8D, where you can rent beach chairs.
The coastal forest begins right outside the door, providing pleasant shade in the summer, shelter from the wind, and relaxing views from the balcony all year round.
The centre of Zinnowitz, with its boutiques, cafés, and restaurants, is within walking distance, as are the Bernsteintherme and the Konzertmuschel.
Zinnowitz is one of the most beautiful holiday destinations on Usedom:
a gorgeous Baltic Sea beach,
top-quality water,

COZY NEST Duplex Apartment modern, well-designed & family-friendly
The holiday rental spans two floors and offers space for up to 5 people across approximately 60m². Ideal for families with children or groups of friends who value comfort, cosiness, and a quiet location.
The living room on the ground floor invites you to relax with its cosy sofa, flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony with a view of the forest.
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances: dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster—everything you need for enjoyable meals. A high chair and a step stool are also provided.
On the same floor is the modern bathroom with a shower and toilet.
A child-proof staircase leads to the second floor, which features two bedrooms:
Master bedroom with a double bed (180×200), closet, nightstands, and flat-screen TV
Children’s room with bunk beds (2×90×200), an additional baby/travel cot, changing table, nightlight, closet, and baby monitor
A separate bathroom with a sink is located directly between the bedrooms.
All windows and doors are equipped with insect screens for a restful night’s sleep without mosquitoes.
Baby gear, Wi-Fi, a parking space (No. 7), and bike storage are included. A key safe allows for contactless check-in starting at 5:00 PM.
