• Pets – For the safety of all residents and neighbours, and in order to keep our surroundings clean, we kindly ask that you leash your dog when leaving the premises. Please remember to clean up after pets.

• Road Safety - Please be mindful of the private road speed limit of 25 km/hr for the safety and enjoyment of everyone in the community. Your cooperation in maintaining a safe environment is greatly appreciated
