Our cozy 2BR, 1 BA duplex has it all! 5G WiFi, smart home, parking on site, every essential and comfort of home, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and a wide range of games. Where else can you walk out your back door and down the path to a lake wonderland! Walking trail, park, pavilions, swimming, boating, fishing and more! Come be our guest. It would be our pleasure!
You will have access to the entire condo! 5G wifi, 65” TV, washer/dryer, patio, fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar that comes completely stocked, luxurious linens and furnishings and games to enjoy around the table.

Small, very quiet community of 3 duplexes, encompassed by trees and a fence. We own all of the units and the neighbors are quiet and friendly.
If you want to “get around town” a car would be best. Everything is very close in this quaint small town of Lexington! If you want to venture to the lake. Swimming, playground, pavilions or walking trail...now that is out your back door!
My favorite part of our location is the LAKE and park grounds conveniently located out your back door!
NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises! Please keep food and beverages in the kitchen. No vehicles larger than 3/4 ton. No trailers.
