This is the perfect place for you and your dog. Our house, situated on a secluded south-facing slope, offers three apartments with separate entrances. Located 800 metres from the town centre and just a 2-minute walk from the golf course, you can go hiking right in the heart of nature. When you go on excursions, you can book dog-sitting services and enjoy your holiday. All apartments feature a shower/toilet, Wi-Fi, a TV, and everything your heart desires. The property also features a small dog hotel. Dog sitting is available upon request starting at 55.00 euros per calendar day, and one-on-one training sessions start at 85.00 euros for 45 minutes. Both services are subject to availability and the dog’s suitability.

Out of consideration for all other guests and my furnishings, please note the following:
Female dogs in heat, sick dogs, or dogs with severe behavioural issues, as well as dogs that have not been dewormed or vaccinated, are not permitted to stay. Dogs may not be left alone in the apartment and must be kept on a leash on the premises. - A large off-leash area behind the house is available for your free use.
Please follow the general rules of conduct for dogs—are you unsure? Just ask me—often we can resolve your issues with a few training sessions.
The Sonnenuntergang apartment has a separate entrance. A solid-wood bed and cork parquet flooring create a cosy atmosphere. A kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and refrigerator is provided. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, as well as a towel warmer and underfloor heating. On the balcony, you can enjoy the sunsets with a view of the Kaiser Mountains.
Dog-sitting services for my guests are available at a special rate starting at 55.00 euros per dog per calendar day or portion thereof.
Prices are for one dog; each additional dog costs 10.00 euros per day.

The total invoice amount is due immediately upon booking and will be billed to you.
Cancellation is not free of charge (90% cancellation fee if the property cannot be re-rented).

Reit im Winkl: A Climatic Health Resort According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “locations whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess qualities that are beneficial to recovery and health.” Reit im Winkl was designated a “climatic health resort” in 1956 and has consistently met the criteria for this designation through its ongoing efforts ever since. One key factor is its elevation, which ensures that summer heat remains moderate and nights stay pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is largely determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valley cuts on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions that ensure good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air by utilising natural heat sources and providing ample bus service.
