Close to the beach and the town, near the piazza and the fishing and yacht harbour on the Colico shore path with a beautiful view of the natural surroundings and impressive mountains. On the edge of the largest nature reserve in Lombardy, Pian di Spagna. Modern semi-detached house with separate entrances and large garden. Impressive mountain panorama on Monte Legnone; with green surroundings in a sunny position in the middle of life.
The garden gate leads into the private furnished and fenced garden. With typical Italian neighbourhood: leisure and sports services, restaurants, cafés and country and town houses- all within walking distance.

Modern semi-detached house with separate entrances and plenty of privacy. You enter the house via the side entrance and find yourself directly in the inviting living area with a pull-out sofa, dining table and a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
A small hallway leads to the cosy bedroom with a double bed and the bright, stylishly designed bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is another open-plan sleeping area with a double bed and an additional bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
The friendly, light-flooded interior design and high-quality furnishings create a pleasant feel-good atmosphere. Large windows provide plenty of daylight. The living room and bedroom offer direct access to the terrace and garden. The kitchen is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.

The holiday flat is in a top location on the lake. You can reach everything on foot: beaches, piazza of Colico, restaurants, bars, cafés and the train station, ideal for holidays without a car.
The large garden offers plenty of space to relax and play.

The house is ideal for holidays with friends, everyone has their own holiday home with privacy. The meeting point is the large garden.

The landlady Silvia is accommodating and lives in the village. She has a boat and bike rental with benefits for you.

You park at the house on the enclosed lot. There are more public parking spaces in front of the house.

Long, shallow beach is about 70 metres away, with sports equipment rental such as surfboards, kiteboards, stand-up paddles, canoes, electric motorboats, motorboats, etc.
Other beaches in the bay of Piona approx. 4 km away.

Schöne Unterkunft in Doppelhaus mit Garten und privaten Parkplätzen. Es ist alles sehr neu, sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern (Wohnessbereich inkl. Schlafsofa und Schlafzimmer) + Bad auf einer Ebene. Das Dachgeschoss ist (noch?) nicht ausgebaut und kein Bestandteil der Wohnung. An Einrichtung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, WLAN, Smart-TV, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine....). Hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Seeufer, Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spielplätze, Bahnhof, Strand, Wassersportmöglichkeiten sind alle nur wenige Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, Kommunikation (englisch), Check-In und Check-Out verliefen reibungslos. Wir sind mit Hund angereist, was einen kleinen fairen Aufpreis kostete. Da die Gärten beider Wohnungen nur durch eine Bepflanzung getrennt sind, ist empfehlenswert eine Schleppleine mit zu haben.
