Guests will appreciate the convenience of under-building parking with space for approximately two vehicles, making arrivals and beach days effortless. Whether you're here for a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled beach vacation, this coastal getaway offers the perfect home base for experiencing everything Indian Shores has to offer.

From morning coffee by the water to unforgettable sunsets over the Gulf, this beachfront townhome invites you to slow down, relax, and enjoy luxury beach living at its finest.

Please note: This property does require stairs to enter the unit, and inside the unit. The property also has limited parking. There is under building parking for two vehicles, however larger oversized vehicles may not fit.
