There are olive trees, wine yards and aromatic herbs in one part of the garden. The big swimming pool (set in earth and completely fenced – 13 m x 6 m, depth: 1.10 m – 2 m) is in common use for both properties and equipped with deckchairs, sun-umbrellas and chairs. Tips for your journey: Once arrived you do not really need your car – restaurant (100m), grocery and shopping opportunities within about 1 Km may be reached easily on foot. Day trips to the art towns of Tuscany (such as Florence, Lucca 25 km, Pisa, Siena) are recommendable or just visit the beaches of Marina di Pisa (35km) or Marina di Vecchiano.
