Die Lage und die Aussicht der Wohnung. Die Fussläufigkeit zur Meerseite. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, wobei für meinen Mann mit 1,90 Körpergröße die Sofaecke etwas zu niedrig und daher für ihn doch recht unbequem ist. Die schwarzen WCs sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, passen farblich aber zum Gesamteindruck der Wohnung. Die Beleuchtung in der gesamten Wohnung ist detailverliebt gestaltet, wobei die Handhabung der Lichtschalter für uns in den ersten zwei Tagen eine Herausforderung darstellte. Hat man diese Hürde überwunden, ergibt sich eine stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung.
