A beautiful semi-detached home: Peaceful and quiet living in Hörnum’s prime location—just a few steps away from the town centre, Lund Bakery, Fisch Mattiesen, the Edeka supermarket, and the Sparkasse bank.

With approximately 140 m² of living and usable space, you have plenty of opportunities to make your holiday dreams come true. Whether it’s just the two of you or a group of seven, it’s ideal for several couples or an extended family. Your Dünenhaus is a stately home designed with a single goal in mind: your maximum sense of well-being.

The rooms are exceptionally spacious and tastefully designed and furnished. Light plays a central role throughout. Nothing feels cluttered; the lines are clean. The design leaves nothing to be desired.

The ambiance is youthful, fresh, and exudes charm and the cosy warmth of a holiday. The modern kitchen offers plenty of space even for ambitious home cooks. The sun-drenched living and dining areas create a very special atmosphere. From the ground floor, you can enjoy a wonderful, sweeping view of Sylt’s fantastic dune landscape and the sea. The spacious, comfortable bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower leaves nothing to be desired. In the basement, there is an utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board.

The stunning, unspoiled property offers space and the opportunity to enjoy pure nature and tranquility. On the east-facing terrace, you can enjoy your morning breakfast, while the south-facing XXL terrace, furnished with lounge furniture, is perfect for hosting convivial evenings with friends and family.
A truly special feature is the on-site sauna with an indescribably beautiful view of the sea and the on-site fitness equipment.

The wellness area at the HAPIMAG Resort is about a 5-minute walk away and can be booked exclusively.

The Dünenhaus is the perfect holiday home if you’re looking for proximity to the beach, peace and quiet, and comfort. Please note that the property does not have direct vehicle access; it can only be reached via a staircase from the separate car park.

Schöner Kurzurlaub über Ostern

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, dennoch nur ein kurzer Weg zum Bäcker oder Supermarkt. Hafen und Restaurants sind auch nicht weit weg. Es liegt sehr nahe an der Odde, dem Naturschutzgebiet am Südzipfel der Insel, welches zu Spaziergängen oder zu Wanderungen einläd.Nur eins: man erreicht das Haus über eine Treppe, das müssen Personen mit Gehbehinderung beachten - das war für uns aber kein Problem.
