Enjoy the private hot tub, barrel sauna, seasonal cold plunge, game room, fire pit, fenced pet area and generous indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. The home has 20 permanent beds—no air mattresses—and comfortably sleeps 20 guests. Folding beds are available by advance request for groups of up to 24.

Gather everyone around one dining table with seating for 20, or enjoy the new outdoor gathering area with seating for 20. A year-round shul is only a 5-minute walk away, and Holiday Mountain Ski & Fun is approximately 10 minutes away.

We love this neighborhood because it combines a peaceful Catskills setting with plenty to enjoy nearby. Guests can experience the outdoors without getting in the car—the Sullivan O&W Rail Trail and Dogpatch Park are right next door, offering walking and biking trails, a playground, soccer field and dog run. A year-round shul is also just a 5-minute walk away.

Fallsburg Retreat is conveniently located near Holiday Mountain Ski & Fun, Resorts World Catskills, The Kartrite Indoor Waterpark, hiking, golf, shopping and other Catskills attractions.

The property also features a private hot tub, barrel sauna, seasonal cold plunge, game room, fire pit, fenced pet area and generous indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

With 7 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 20 permanent beds plus folding beds available by advance request, seating for 20 at one dining table, outdoor seating for 20 and parking for up to eight vehicles, the home is especially well suited for larger families and multi-family stays.

We’re also a 5-minute walk from a year-round shul and provide thoughtful amenities for kosher and Shabbos-observant guests, including separate meat and dairy microwaves, a hot-water urn, hotplates and Shabbos lamps.

What makes Fallsburg Retreat different is simple: your group gets the space, privacy and resort-style amenities of a Catskills getaway without needing to leave the property to enjoy the vacation.
