Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Hörnum verlebt und die Lage und die Aussicht dieser Wohnung ist sehr gut. Bis auf Küche und Bad, die wohl renoviert waren, ist der Rest der Wohnung sehr abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Dies sowohl für die Möbel als auch Wände und Böden. Hier scheint der Vermieter keinen großen Wert darauf zu legen, was sehr schade ist. Die Sauberkeit an der Schiene der Dusche war nicht zu erkennen und leider war auch nicht unter Bett und Sofa gesäubert. Bedenklich ist in der Küche ein Kabel das einfach mit Isolierband wohl stillgelegt wurde. Verständlich bei der Preisgestaltung, dass uns hier keine Viersterneausstattung erwartet hat, aber das der ein oder andere Punkt nicht hätte sein sollen. Sprechen Sie mit dem Vermieter, das er so eine Wohnung besser Aufrüstet, den die Lage und die Aussicht vom Balkon ist einfach sehr schön. Sicherlich wird sie dann teurer, aber eben ein Mehrwert auch für den Vermieter.

ich habe mich erneut wohlgefühlt in dieser Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und ausreichend. Sehr schön hell und natürlich die tolle Aussicht!!! Leider waren zeitgleich zwei Baustellen in Arbeit, von zwei SEite, so dass es bereits morgen erheblichen Baulärm gab. Zwischendrin gabe es natürlich Pausen. Insgesamt war es sehr belastend und anstrengend. Ich komme aus der Großstadt und suche auf Sylt, vor allem in Hörnum, natürlich RUHE. Leider war mein Urlaub daher nicht ganz gelungen, ich bin tatsächlich vorher abgereist. Selbstverständlich kommt es zu Lärm, wenn Häuser gebaut werden, Fernwämebohrungen vorgenommen werden, Tieflader anreisen und Baustellteile liefern. Mein Tipp wäre, die UrlauberInnen vorab darüber zu informieren, dass es in der Nachbarschaft Baulärm gibt. Vielleicht ist dann die Sorge , dass TouristInnen nicht kommen. Die Sorge ist natürlich berechtigt, der Ärger hinterher aber eben auch groß und das ist schade!!!

Das Apartment ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es sollten die Teppiche und Gardinen ausgetauscht werden. TrinkGläser und große Tassen dürftig vorhanden, große Messer stumpf sowie Pfannen kaum brauchbar. Die Wohnung ist nur für kleine Menschen geeignet. Blick von Sitzecke, welche genauso wie Tisch mal ausgetauscht werden sollte ist ganz schön sowie der Balkon. Viel Sonne... Sonnenschirm auf Balkon wäre schön. Auch ein dritter Stuhl. Sonst siehe oben.
