Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor alem die Nähe zum Hafen und zum Strand waren Pluspunkte. Die Hellhörigkeit aus den anderen Wohnngen (besonders Badgeräusche) waren zeitweise sehr störend.

In dem Appartement kann man sich insgesamt recht wohl fühlen, zumal erkennbar ist, dass man sich mit der Ausstattung viel Mühe gemacht hat. Leider leidet der Wohlfühlfaktor unter der Hellhörigkeit des Appartements. Die Stimmen aus den anderen Appartements sind zu hören, zudem „rauscht“ das Wasser förmlich durch das Appartement, wenn nebenan die Spülung usw. betätigt werden. Dies haben wir insbesondere in dem kleinen Schlafzimmer festgestellt. Die Innenjalousien bieten zwar guten Sichtschutz, allerdings keinen Schutz gegen die „Aufheizung“ des Appartements. An langen Sonnentagen und bei höheren Temperaturen, wie wir es erlebt haben, heizt sich das Appartement intensiv auf. Schade ist zudem, dass die Fahrräder keinen eigenen Platz haben. So stehen sie an den dort abgestellten Fahrzeugen und dann noch bei schräger Fläche. Spiegel im Wohn-/Essbereich - vielleicht rechts der Eingangstür Garderobe für Jacken etc.- vielleicht eine Stange zwischen dem Schrank der Klappbetten und der Wand rechts Platzsets für den Esstisch Eine funktionierende Leselampe für den Schlafraum, die nicht flackert und stärkeres Licht hat
