Fantastic time in Ortisei

Fantastic. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and very friendly. The apartment was very close to the bus stop. So it was very convenient to get to the ski lifts. And last but not least the ski area is wow!!!Overall, we had a great week!

This is a very special place. It's a miniature farm a ten minute walk from Ortisei centre. It is immaculate and very well appointed. The chalet has three or four apartments and it is surrounded by pasture, fruit trees, and a beautiful kitchen gardenrecommend thewith the flowerthe long, flower-feztooned

Beautiful Farm Right in Ortisei

Great experience! Claudia is a wonderful host. We had a spacious apartment with a well-appointed kitchen and excellent bathroom. This is a real farm, with cows, chickens, ducks, all of which we enjoyed so much, including watching the cows come in from the adjacent pasture each evening. The apartment has its own balcony, which we enjoyed in late afternoon. The property is located right in town, with easy walks to restaurants, grocery store, local transit, and all three Ortisei lifts taking you to unforgettable hiking in the Dolomites high country. We did not use our car for seven days.

Great location - one minute from a bus stop, walking distance to town centre and to the Alpe di Siusi, Seceda and Resciesa cables/funicular. It is an apartment within their farm house. It is clean and the view from the balcony is stunning. Everything needed for cooking in the kitchenette. Small groceries shop at the bottom of road is lovely. The free südtirol bus pass is included!The listing states English speaking - it is not, German and Italian only. Welcome pack/instructions would be great for non German/Italian speaking guests. It would have been more comfortable and a better sleep to have a curtain to cover the glass window/door in the bedroom both for privacy and the light coming in (bedroom is also above the cockerel). Listing states smart tv but it would not connect to internet so could not cast to it. It would have been lovely to try their farm produce, but there was no indication we could? As we arrived late Saturday the shops didn’t open again until later on Sunday morning, it would have been great to be able to get some milk/yoghurt etc (especially after two days travelling to get there!). Listing states sauna but we did not see this?

Pas loin du centre. Appartement très propre. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour faire la cuisine. Dans une vraie ferme avec vaches et chèvre mais sans aucune odeur. On peut y acheter du lait frais et yaourt faits maison. Très contents de notre séjour. Les propriétaires sont très gentils.

Schöne Tage in Südtirol

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider waren wir noch etwas früh dran und viele Seilbahnen und Gaststätten waren noch geschlossen. Dafür war alles noch sehr ruhig und von Massentourismus keine Spur.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung auf einem Bio-Bauernhof

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man braucht! Die Vermiter sind super nett und immer ansprechbar. Die Sauna ist herrlich und schön. Verbessern kann man immer etwas: das Schlafsofa stünde besser im wunderschönen Wohnzimmer, anstatt im Essbereich der Küche. Dann wären die dort Schlafenden unbehelligt, wenn jemand spät ins Bad geht oder nochmal in die Küche möchte. Das "Fenster" vom Bad zur Küche macht das Bad sehr hellhörig und die Badbeleuchtung stört dadurch die Schläfer auf der Couch sehr. Trotz dieser kleinen Unbequemlichkeiten empfehlen wir die Wohnungen der Familie Obletter gerne weiter.

Schöne Wohnung in wunderbarer Umgebung

Die Wohnung war hervorragend eingerichtet und ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Da es ein Bio-Bauernhof ist, konnten wir von den leckeren Produkten( Eier, Käse, u.a.) profitieren. Die Sauna war wunderbar ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Der Skibus fuhr in 50 m Entfernung ab, aber auch zu Fuß waren die Lifte gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Asunto on todella siisti, tilava ja mukava. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi asunnosta. Asunto oli todella hyvä kahdelle aikuiselle ja kahdelle teinille. Lapset nukkuivat leveässä vuodesohvassa keittiössä ja aikuiset erillisessä makuuhuoneessa. Lisäksi asunnossa oli vielä erillinen olohuone. Talo on ihana, pieni luomutila miltei Ortisein keskustassa, jossa alakerrassa on lehmiä ja ulkoaitauksessa kanoja ja kukko! Ihana paikka. Nautimme olostamme ja laskettelusta Dolomiiteilla, rinteet olivat lähellä. Toivottavasti pääsemme uudelleen!

Schöne FeWo jedoch mit Mängeln in der Beschreibung

Das zweite Schlafzimmer lag leider außerhalb der Wohnung und entsprach auch nicht ganz dem Standard der sonstigen Wohnung (alte Matratzen im Bett). Schade dass diese Info fehlte, für Fam. mit kleineren Kindern sicher nicht ganz unwichtig. Dafür entschädigte die hauseigene Sauna, die sehr liebevoll gestaltet wurde und auch auf Grund der Größe nur pro Wohnung für 1-2h reserviert werden konnte. Also ein ganz privates Saunavergnügen! Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und kümmern sich rührend. Ansonsten ist St. Ulrich ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Alpin-Ski Fahrer. Langläufer und Wanderer sollten sich jedoch in der örtlichen Touristeninformation bzgl. Tourenkarte/ Liftpass etc. informieren! Das ist leider nicht ganz selbsterklärend... da hat St.Ulrich und die Seiser Alm klar Nachholebedarf.

Eine sehr hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung , gemütlich eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer liegt leider außerhalb der Wohnung , das vorhandene wlan in diesem Zimmer leider nicht nutzbar Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Jederzeit wieder !
