About this property

Villa 'Uliveto' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Villa Uliveto has been our family home since the 1960s. We spent our childhood summers here and so do our children today. We are fortunate to have such a beautiful place and look forward to sharing it with you. The house is located in Camogli and boasts a beautiful view of the sea. The 2-story structure consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated home office workspace, a TV, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, as well as books and toys for children.

In the garden there is a ping-pong table (with rackets and balls provided) and a comfortable hammock.

Schönes Haus mit Balkon, Terrassen, Olivengarten, Zitrusfrüchten, Boulebahn und Bushaltestelle

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit miteinander verbracht mit Wanderungen, Wochenmärkten, Kochen, Boulespielen und Ausflügen nach Santa Maria und Portofino. Wir sind mit dem Nachtzug von München bis Santa Maria gefahren. Die Busse in beide Richtungen fahren stündlich vor der Haustür. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und Camogli ist wunderschön. Der Garten ist mit Sonnenschein und schattigen Plätzen sehr schön. Wir haben auf der Terrasse unter dem blühenden Blauregen gegessen.
