The accommodation is located just over 1000 m from the centre of Westendorf. You are in the middle of nature yet a few minutes' walk from shops and cafés. The ski lift is just 500 m from the house and, if there is enough snow, you can ski right to the front door. On foot, the slopes are only 250 m from the house. Moreover, beautiful hiking trails, cycling paths and mountain bike routes run past the house.

Westendorf is a charming Austrian mountain village in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps. You can enjoy hiking in summer and skiing and snowboarding in winter. It has a traditional Tyrolean feel, with cosy restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy local dishes such as the Wiener Schnitzel and Apfelstrudel.
