The holiday rental features a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. You can also relax and unwind in the cosy, spacious living-dining area. To accommodate four people, the living room includes a comfortable sleeper sofa. A large box-spring bed ensures a restful night’s sleep, where you’ll have the sweetest dreams. There’s plenty of space in the bedroom for a cot. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a sink with a vanity cabinet. The apartment is the ideal gathering place for families, friends, and colleagues. Due to its location in the heart of Bischofsheim, our house is situated directly on the main thoroughfare, which sees heavy traffic during the day. However, the newly installed windows keep the traffic noise out. In the evenings, however, it gets quiet in Bischofsheim, and the bedroom is on the side of the house facing away from the street. Parking directly at the house is only allowed for a limited time (1 hour), but there is a large, free central car park about 100 metres away. Loading and unloading your car next to the house is permitted. For indoor sports enthusiasts and rainy days in the Rhön, there are also plenty of small fitness items available, such as a hula hoop, yoga and fitness mats, dumbbells, resistance bands, and much more. You’ll find a small lending or swap library. Various board and card games are available. Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are included in the base price. A washer-dryer is also available in the apartment. Children up to 2 years old may stay with us free of charge. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key box. Dogs are allowed upon request for 10 EUR per day (food not included). Additionally, we charge a cleaning fee of 35 EUR for stays with a dog. A travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. The visitor’s tax of 1.00 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per night will be charged on-site. A washer-dryer is available for your use. We charge 3.00 EUR per wash cycle. A hiking backpack, hiking poles, and maps are available to borrow at no extra charge. A 20% deposit is due within 14 days of booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
