With A covered patio, a gazebo and a pool 3 ft to 9 ft deep with a water slide it offers hours of fun and enjoyment for everyone. Four bedrooms featuring a king, queen, full, and a bunk with a full and twin bed, plus a full-size futon there’s room for everyone to relax. Two full bathrooms include shower amenities to stay clean and fresh. The living room invites guests to unwind on 2 large couches, a "bean" bag and a futon after a day of adventure. AC/Heater keeps the house comfortable year-round, making every stay enjoyable no matter what the temperature is outside. Whether you’re gathering with family, friends, or on business, this home provides a great place to create lasting memories.

Host was so so helpful and we loved how beautiful the home was. The host provided lots of add ons to make us feel comfortable and replied almost instantly every time we contacted him. Our large family fit well in the nice spacious home. The pool and game room kept them entertained and the large dining table let us enjoy every meal as a family. We definitely hope to rent it again real soon! We had such an amazing time we didn’t want to ever leave!

Neighbors are friendly, respectful and mindful. It's a mix of different types of people from all over which we love.

What makes this property unique

Our home is close to the State Farm Stadium, where the Annual Fiesta Bowl is held and is home of the NFL's Arizona Cardinals. From the Super Bowl, to concerts of some of the biggest artists and musicians, to trade shows, monster truck events. There are great micro-brew pubs/restaurants, shopping malls, outlet malls, outdoors sports stores and theaters just a short drive in several directions.
