Welcome to the No Llama Drama Poolside Retreat. Whether you are a traveling medical professional, visiting ASU West, catching a Spring Training game, or just looking to soak up the desert sun, this single level patio home is your perfect getaway. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you'll enjoy a private backyard with a sparkling pool, modern amenities, and unbeatable access to the entire Phoenix area. Step into a bright beautifully designed home crafted for ultimate comfort. This is your official invitation to leave the stress ( and the drama) at the door. You will be just minutes away rom all the local fun.

This unique and functional home has a great layout, with a few Llama friends to keep you company. The main living space is flooded with natural light, offering a comfortable seating setup with a special featured fuchsia colored accent chair.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all he cooking essentials to get you started. We hope you enjoy cooking up your favorite meals while you visit. We have included many kitchen utensils, gadgets, small appliances, spices, oils, cookware, cutting boards, glass mixing bowls, food storage, casserole dishes, strainers and much more. For your convenience we have a starter supply of aluminum foil, cling wrap, parchment paper, ziplock bags, and other important kitchen supplies. We offer drinking, wine, shot, highball and margarita glasses, along with plastic tumblers for around the pool area.

Our dining room table sits 6 comfortably with a beautiful custom made center piece created by a local artist Donald Clay.

The guest bathroom is centrally located in the home and offers a full size bathtub and shower. You will find body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries so you don't have to worry about bringing extra items while you travel.
We have a stocked linen closet with an extra set of sheets for each bed, bath, beach, hand wash and make up towels. You will find a variety of games, first aid kit, Lysol spray, iron & ironing board, mop & bucket, broom & dust pan, duster, vacuum and a few additional cleaning supplies incase you have an extended stay.

Each bedroom serves as a quiet sanctuary from the hustle and bustle. Both rooms include built in blinds and blackout curtains so you can get a restful nights sleep. We offer a tv in each room for your viewing, ceiling fans, dressers, bedside tables with reading lamps, a laundry basket, hangers, extra pillows and a summer or winter blanket for your comfort. Both bedrooms have their own private entrance to the backyard, patio, and sparkling pool. Both backdoors are equipped with a safety pool alarm with 4 different sound settings to choose from. Please keep the alarms engaged at all times if children or other guests do not properly know how to swim, there is not a secured fence around the pool.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, it also has a private en suite bathroom with a full size glass door shower that includes shampoo, conditioner, soap, and other toiletries. The walk in closet has a luggage rack for your convenience, and the room offers a dedicated work area with a desk and office chair. The secondary bedroom offers a queen size bed and a double sliding full length mirror. Both mattresses are high quality memory foam on top of a platform bed for your comfort.

Step outside to the covered patio with a table and seating for 4 guests to enjoy your meal outdoors. Please keep all breakable dishes and glassware on the patio table. Absolutely no glass is permitted outside the patio wall.Please use the provided plastic tumblers around the pool itself. There is additional seating on the perimeter of the pool including 2 sun loungers.

Guests will have full private access to the home, backyard, and open parking areas. The garage and one cupboard in the laundry room are not authorized for guests access.

We love sharing our beautiful city with Travelers and local guests as well. We'll leave you to enjoy the space in peace, but we are always happy to chat, share our favorite hidden-gem restaurant recommendations, or help you map out your itinerary. We are highly responsive via the VRBO app, so don't hesitate to reach out if there is anything we can do to help with the house. We love hosting and want you to have a 5 star stay, we live just a short distance away and are only a message or cal away if you local recommendations or extra towels. You'll be checking yourself in via a secure smart lock, so you can arrive at your convenience.

Maxi mum number of guests (4)/Check in 4pm, checkout 11am. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the home, and no one other than registered guests are allowed to stay over night or past quite hours.

Please be aware there is no fence or child barrier directly surrounding the pool. Active adult supervision is required at all times. Swim at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty. No diving, this is a 3-5ft deep play pool. No glass or breakable dishes near the pool, discovery of broken glass in the pool will result in a $500 maintenance fee that will be charged to your card on file. There are safety pool alarms on both backdoors. Keep all perimeter gates closed to prevent unsupervised children or wildlife from entering.
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized parties, unlisted guests, pets, any illegal activities. Violating these rules will result in immediate eviction from the premises without a refund.
Absolutely No smoking or vaping any substance inside the home. If we detect any signs or odors of indoor smoking, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged to your card on file, and you will be removed with no refund. Smoking is only permitted on the back patio, keep all doors and windows shut.




**Maintenance & Weekly Schedule: To keep the property looking it's best, please note the following scheduled services during your stay.
Pool Attendants: Pool cleaners come once a week on Wednesday. They will let themselves into the backyard side gate to clean and service the pool. They have a key to access the lock on the side gate, They will send the host a photo of the condition of the pool. Please be mindful to remove any floats or toys, the wind gets crazy here sometimes and it will blow everything over the fence.

Welcome to the desert! Regular pest control is maintained, but you might see local wildlife like spiders, ants, roaches, lizards, scorpions, or rarely, rattlesnakes. TIPS TO KEEP THEM OUT: Keep all doors and screens closed when not in use. Seal food and empty trash. Shake out shoes and watch your step at night.

Maintenance & Weekly Schedule: To keep the property looking it's best, please note the following scheduled services during your stay: Pool Attendant: Pool cleaners come once a week on Wednesday, they will let themselves into the backyard gate to clean and service the pool. They have a key to access the lock on the front gate that enters into the backyard. They will send a photo of the condition of the pool before they leave. Please be mindful to remove any floats or toys, the wind gets crazy here sometimes, and it will blow everything over the fence. Landscaper: The landscaper will come and water all the outdoors plants, pull weeds and maintain the overall esthetics of the home on Wednesday mornings. They will have full access to the front and backyard with a key to the side gate. They will not be making any loads noises or disturb your privacy. Trash & Recycling: Trash and Recycle pickup is every Tuesday Am, if the large containers have not been rolled out to the street by 8 pm Monday evening please help us keep things tidy, and place them facing the street on the palm tree side. Once they have been emptied you are welcome to place them back up by the garage rock path area. Cleaning Service: If you would like to freshen up the place during your time here, we offer an optional mid-stay cleaning service! For $150.00 our professional cleaning team will come in and give the home a thorough refresh (replenishing linens, tidying up, and cleaning surfaces.
Time Required: The cleaners will need at least 2 hours of uninterrupted time to get everything sparkling again. Just send us a message at least 24 hours in advance through the app and we can set up a time that is convenient for you.

You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check in...
Partial refund 7-14 days before check in...
You will need to accept the rules before your request will be accepted.

Only Authorized and Previously Announced Pets Will Be Allowed: If you do not notify the host that you will be attending the reservation with and animal and this is found out, you will be breaking the rules, and will be asked to leave with no refund given. If the pet has been approved you will be charged a $200 pet fee per animal during your visit, no more than 2 animals permitted. You will be required to keep the pet off of the furniture, and make sure you pick up the waste before you leave. The animal must be house trained and not cause any destructive damage or constant barking that could disturb the neighbors.
