While, visually, the accomodations itself are nice enough and the property is located right on the water, DO NOT BE FOOLED!!! The apartment is a basement! No windows, no ventilation! There is a bedroom with no windows and this is an illegal situation! VRBO is not allowed to rent or broker properties that do not meet fire safety code. The host was nice enough. Hopefully she'll get this situation corrected before renting it out again.
