This space offers two bedrooms, sleeps up to 5. Front bedroom, Bird song, with comfortable queen bed, TV with Roku and a/c. The Toboggan room has a bunk bed, full on bottom, single top and window fan. a/c available on request for the Toboggan room. Comfortable living room with a/c on the first floor with a hot/cold water bubbler, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Laundry available Fantastic in town location. Easy street parking for 2 cars. Walk to restaurants, shops and waterfront. Belfast is a beautiful town with fantastic shops, restaurants, farmers market on Friday and Saturday mornings, etc.
Owner occupied in separate accommodations with dog (Cosmo) and cat (Nala).

We’ve stayed in a few different rentals in the area and this was by far the most convenient to town. It was just perfect for a weeklong stay and easy parking!

The home was conveniently located. Parking was ok too. Key code access was easy. We greatly appreciately the snacks and water and personal letter the host provided. We had complete privacy and quiet. The air conditioner worked great. It was good to have a toaster and kitchen supplies. The place was clean and well stocked. Be aware you need to bring your own utensils. We had a good visit and enjoyed Belfast and Acadia.

We had a great Memorial Day weekend in Belfast! The downtown shops, restaurants, and waterfront were only a 10 minute walk away. The house had everything we needed for a short stay for our family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds! I would note the kitchen appliances are limited to a microwave and mini-fridge, so you won't be able to cook your own meals. Luckily, Belfast has plenty of great restaurants to keep everyone well fed! We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Belfast!

Such a great little place to stay - the neighborhood is so cute and lots of places to walk. The house has everything you need. Bathroom is large - 2 sinks. Beds are comfortable. Loved the snacks that they provided and coffee/cream. Loved the front sitting area. All was perfect!

Wonderful!

We stayed here while we were visiting family who live in Belfast. The location was perfect! A 2-5 minute drive to everywhere we wanted go. Parking was super easy, and the house was perfect for our family of four! The bathroom is very big so there was plenty of space to get ready. The laundry room was also large and was very convenient. Will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable stay and great location

We enjoyed our brief stay here and especially appreciated our comfy bed in the front room; the new, spacious bathroom w/double vanity and great shower; and the overall location in a quiet residential neighborhood near downtown and the waterfront. We did not use the 2nd bedroom but it looked nice. There are a couple of chairs outside on the lawn where we had morning coffee. Highly recommend Bell the Cat for breakfast, a 5-minute drive from the house.

Short Stay for a family visit

My sister and I stayed around the corner from our aunt and uncle. We bought things at the co-op but mostly ate with family. It was nice to sit downstairs one evening and watch a Netflix show. Coffee in the morning was easy and the bathroom had just what I needed. The best part was the comfortable bed and quiet location. And the ease of communicating with the host. Definitely will stay there again in the future.

Of the two days of stay we had, everything was spectacular but one of those days we couldn't get hot water on a cold fall morning. We were in a rush so we showered with cold water anyway
