About this property

3-bedroom chalet in with mountain views, walking paths and private swimming pond

Three years ago I built my lifetime dream home here on a private road with mountain views, open meadow, woods and only ten minutes from the quant (yet has everything you need) town of Margaretville. Then last summer-I added a swimming pond to the Meadow so I wouldn't have to hunt down swimming holes. On my property you can walk the paths cut all around it, swim, sit and relax in any nook or corner of the property or deck.

The home is sun drenched and has central cooling and heat. There is an outdoor grill and picnic table on the wrap around deck where you can soak in the views.
