The beautiful “Zum Seglerhafen” holiday home in Peenemünde is located near the Peenemünde sailing harbour on a lovely, private lot.

There are 2 holiday rentals in the house. One apartment is on the ground floor and features a large sun terrace; the other apartment is on the ground floor and has a beautiful, sunny balcony.

Each apartment can accommodate 4 adults plus one toddler up to 3 years old. The ground-floor apartment is ideal for 2 adults (1 bedroom) and 2 children (1 small bedroom with a bunk bed); the first-floor apartment accommodates 2 adults (1 bedroom) and 2 people (living room sofa bed) as well as 1 toddler (cot).
Each apartment in the house is furnished with high-quality, tasteful furnishings.
In the living room, the dining area and living area flow seamlessly into one another.
The living room couch in the upper apartment can be used as a sleeper sofa for the 3rd and 4th guests.
It is possible to rent the holiday home for exclusive use by a total of 10 people (occupancy as described above).
Furthermore, all rooms have windows, making the house bright and inviting.
It is a detached holiday home.

The holiday home in Peenemünde is located near the Peenemünde harbour. There’s always something going on in this historic town. Any disturbances caused by routine activities are already factored into the rental price, so a further reduction in the rental price is not possible.

The holiday home is not suitable for groups of guests under the age of 25. We expressly note that, for the sake of our neighbors, we place great importance on a quiet living environment and mutual consideration.

Pets are allowed; on the upper floor, they must not exceed a height at the withers of 40 cm and a weight of 50 kg; on the ground floor, there are no restrictions.
We have recently installed a permanent outdoor grill that is freely available to both apartments.

The final cleaning fee includes key return, as well as a shower mat and tea towel.
Linen packages (bed linens and towels) can be booked for an additional fee.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
