Das Haus ist an und für sich cool, steile Treppen, eine gewisse Fitness ist unabdingbar. Die Küchenausstattung ist speziell, extrem viele Teller, aber kein scharfes Küchenmesser, kein Sparschäler, keine Putzlappen, keine Küchentücher. Das habe ich alles gekauft und natürlich dort belassen. Ebenso einen Ameisenspray. Bei den hohen Temperaturen muss mit Ungeziefer gerechnet werden. Bei meinem langen Aufenthalt habe ich natürlich mehrmals die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Trocknen? Schwierig, es fehlt eine Einrichtung über dem Balkon.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung war sehr dunkel und auch sehr abgewohnt. Die Terrasse war gut aber sehr spartanisch möbliert. Ohne Liegen. Einen Sonnenschirm bekamen wir nur unter Protest der unfreundlichen Vermieterin. Die Wohnung war dafür viel zu teuer. Im Schlafzimmer fielen die Ameisen von der Decke.

Splendido appartamento in zona tranquilla e strategica

Pros: Appartamento molto grande con doppi servizi. Bel salotto con grande TV. (consiglierei di dotarlo di un tavolino,anche pieghevole, per poter mangiarci vedendo la tv) Cucina ben attrezzata (inserirei un bollitore e qualche piccolo altro accorgimento suggerito direttamente alla proprietà). Zona tranquilla a pochi minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale e dalle fermate del bus e a 20' a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Letti comodi. Riscaldamento molto efficiente. Proprietario molto presente. Dotato di balcone vista montagna (in primavera deve essere molto godibile ma eravamo a inizio gennaio...). Consigliamo.
