Supermarket, shopping centre 350 m, bakery 5 m, tram "Bredene aan zee" 450 m, bus stop "De Lijn 4" 750 m, railway station "Oostende" 4.7 km, sandy beach 400 m. Surf school 1.1 km, minigolf 500 m. Nearby attractions: wekelijkse markt op dinsdag 200 m, Sea life blankenberge 14 km, Jumpsquare Oostnde 2.3 km, Golf 3.6 km, fort Napoleon 2.7 km. Hiking paths: Vicognebos Bredene 2.3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Bredene. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
