We had a great stay here with our group of 12. The property is two mirrored units that share a wall but don’t have an interior connecting door. It was still very easy to go back and forth, and the setup worked well for our group.The homes were beautiful, thoughtfully furnished, and stocked with everything we needed for cooking and dining. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish.A couple things future guests should know: The private dock easily accommodated our boat and two jet skis, but when we arrived on a Thursday the river level was very low, making the water too shallow to safely dock. We later learned the water levels fluctuate daily, and Thursdays are often lower. It’s worth checking Parker water levels before your trip. This information is in the welcome details under Additional Information/Amenities, but it took us a bit to find it. Also, if you’re planning to bbq, don’t count on it. The fixed grill is behind a gate near an older lower unit, and it looked like it hadn’t been used or cleaned in quite a while. We ended up cooking everything on the stove instead. The pool is next to the grill area and is tiny, but that wasn’t a concern for us. Overall, this is a beautiful property in a great location. Our only real disappointment was not having a usable grill because all of our meals were centered around that, but we’d happily stay here again.
