Why they chose this property
Penobscot is a quaint gem along Maine’s mid coast. Blue Hill - a haven for writers and artists since the 60’s is 10 minutes away. Here there is a grocery store, coop, wine and book store, shops and restaurants — and plentiful cultural events! There is an old fashioned convenience store and gas pump less than 2 minutes drive from the property.

Salt Pine cottage is perched on a cove and has panoramic views of Northern Bay. The sunsets are different every evening and change according to the tides and weather - offering a unique masterpiece each evening. Heaven!
