This beautiful half of a house is situated in a fantastic location on a cul-de-sac near the beach and right next to the well-known “Ocean Wave” swimming and sauna complex, a seal breeding station, a mini-golf course, Segway and bicycle rentals, a bakery, and various restaurants. The terrace, with an unobstructed view of nature, is furnished.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the spacious, open-concept, tiled living-dining area with an open fireplace, a new, cosy seating area, and a flat-screen TV (satellite) with a Blu-ray player, as well as a well-equipped built-in kitchen featuring a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, and much more.

A guest bathroom is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed and 1 with 2 single beds) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

A washing machine (in the bathroom) is available to guests free of charge.

A parking space right next to the house is available for our guests.

This is a non-smoking apartment.

Pets are not allowed!

Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in this holiday rental.

Every year, from Maundy Thursday through Easter Monday, there is an Easter market/fair near the house.

The neighbouring house is called “Sandrose,” should you need more space.
