New ground-floor apartment that allows dogs, right on the Greetsieler Sieltief!

This beautiful holiday rental is in a prime location in the Grachten-Park with its own waterfront access and can accommodate up to 4 people—and a dog upon request.

The spacious, light-filled living and dining area invites you to enjoy your dream holiday. You can spend cosy evenings with your loved ones on the large corner sofa bed; there’s also a wood-burning stove for cosy warmth and, of course, a large flat-screen TV. The large dining table offers plenty of space for 4 people. The open-concept kitchen offers all the appliances and amenities you need: from a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, oven, and ceramic cooktop, to a coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, SodaStream, and a blender.

Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV each. One of the bedrooms offers a stunning view of the Sieltief!

The bright shower room features a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer.

From the furnished terrace, you can relax and watch the peaceful activity on the water.

In the storage room, you’ll find a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron, and an ironing board.

The entire ground-floor apartment is tiled and features comfortable underfloor heating. All windows are also equipped with pleated blinds, blackout options, and fly screens.

The apartment comes with four garden chairs, a garden table, two lounge chairs, a parasol, a beach chair, and two terraces. A kettle-style charcoal grill is also provided. As of February 2024, the garden is now fenced in, and since March 2024, the large patio has been covered.

A parking space is included with the apartment; in front of the house, there is a lockable garden shed with an electrical socket available for your bicycles. If needed, additional, non-assigned parking spaces are available at Grachtenpark I.

The apartment also has its own dock where you are welcome to launch a boat you’ve brought with you.

Effective immediately, we can offer you charging stations for electric cars at Greetsieler Grachtenpark (for a usage-based fee); however, we cannot guarantee continuous and unrestricted availability.

The accommodation “An’t Grachten,” “Grachtendrööm,” and “GrachtenGlück” are located in the same building; other accommodation in Grachtenpark I include “binnen un’ buten,” “Grachtenhüsje,” “Grachtenrefugium,” “Haifisch,” “Hampton Huus,” “Sielzeit,” “Zinnenhuus 1,” and “Zinnenhuus 2.”

The holiday rental is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Grachtenpark, nestled in the idyllic waterscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. Its exclusive location right on the canals offers a unique view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town centre with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbour. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal location for a relaxing holiday by the water.
